Working on skills and habits for better nutrition is absolutely for everyone! In a society where there is an immense amount of information it's no wonder nutrition suffers. Forming healthy habits also doesn't happen overnight, but apply new skills overtime can have an incredible impact on your life as a whole. A lot of people are concerned about weight, but what if you where sleeping better? What if you go to the doctor and they praise you for a better physical? What if you go from only working out every so often to everyweek?

At Nichols Nutrition Coaching, I believe that nutrition is the foundation of a healthy lifestyle. As a Level 1 certified Precision Nutrition Coach, I work with clients to develop personalized goals that lead to everyday habits to help lead to the results you want.
Nutrition isn't one size fits all, so why would I coach you like everyone else?
Nutrition isn't just about the food you eat, but rather your whole life. Why follow a diet that gives you the results you want, but leaves you tired and frustrated? The answer is you won't follow it or make the long term changes to reach the goals you want.

Precision Nutrition teaches how to work on eating better without using complicated macro and mirco nutrient goals everyday. Learning to listen to your body and follow basic easy to use portion counters can keep you from becoming to rigid and overwhelmed when it comes to food- which ultimately leads to one giving up or feeling frustrated. A more mindful approach to food and eating, will empower you and keep you in control.
NUTRITION EDUCATION
It can be overwhelming to navigate the world of nutrition on your own. I'm here to help take some of the guess work out nutrition for you. You don't need the nitty gritty science of how everything works in order to have great nutrition.
