Below are the different coaching options I offer. All coaching packages come with education and support tailored to each individual's needs.

In person personal training sessions are held at Legacy Martial Arts & Crossfit 50/50 in Hamilton, OH.
​
Current members or parents of children that have an active membership to Legacy Martial Arts and/or Crossfit 50/50 can receive an additional discount on nutrition coaching and personal training.
​
Any personal training clients can receive a 10% discount on nutrition coaching.

Online Nutrition Coaching - All Individual
The most economic option is online coaching. This option comes with 1 monthly call or video session and weekly email communication.

*Nutrition coaching does not include meal plans or schedules on when and what to eat.
In Person Nutrition Coaching - All Individual
This option includes weekly email check ins and support and 1 monthly in person meeting to see how things are going. I highly recommend this option for people who have no idea where to start and are new to taking control of their nutrition goals. My hope would be to give you the power to eventually move to online coaching and even and occasional coaching once you have mastered the tools and habits you learn.

Occasional Coaching
Not everyone needs month to month coaching. This is a great option for someone looking to brush up on habits and check in with a coach from time to time or someone who has started to master the tools you will learn with me.

Personal Training
All personal training sessions are currently in person at Legacy Martial Arts & Crossfit 50/50 in Hamilton, OH. Personal training will focus around your goals, whether it's to become stronger, lose weight or focus on staying active at any age. All personal training clients will have individual goals and programs.

Personal training includes a free in-person consultation.
​
You can have more than one person in personal training sessions.
Online Personal Training Programs
If you are unable to come to the gym, we can work together to create a customized training plan with whatever equipment you currently have.
This includes an online consultation, weekly check-ins and monthly adjustments to the program.
